- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They're unprofessional to the max. We prescheduled our DL exams about 4 months ago because this DMV is always backed up months in advance with people taking their DL exams. We were more than prepared, and had all our documents. My sister went in today and they told her she was missing "information," after she was prepared to take her driver's test. Neither of us were EVER notified about any *new* "required information" via fax, phone, email, website or any news outlet. They told her, "must've been a typo" and as for me, I just received this notification a few minutes ago, and my exam is tomorrow. Guess what? They have no link attached to get the information I need for my age group. From a "no reply" email address. No, can't call because they don't answer their phones. They now transfer you to Austin, TX and they don't answer either. Everyone does not have time in their lives for this runaround!By Christy Love, March 13, 2017
