- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stay away from their Home Mortgage Department. The Credit Union hired the worse appraiser (Shawn Blackmon) I have ever seen. Lazy and used the Brazos Co Appraisal District numbers exactly. If they really want to get in the home mortgage business - maybe they should hire quality appraisers. They took my $500 and I got a 10 minute appraisal on a house that sits on 3/4 acre and has over 4500 sq ft. It is sad work ethic has come to this.By Dianne Dillard, May 02, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service. Yes the drive thru can be congested and slow but we don't know what the people in front of us are doing or why its taking more than 5 minutes. If it's pay day or the day before or after a holiday, of course there will be a bunch of people in the drive through. Once I get to the window it takes only a few minutes to get taken care of. I've been a member for 10 plus years and would never change banks. Everyone is super helpful and I've never had an issue. Love this bank.By Tracy rutherford, February 25, 2017
